Client credits

Sell work in advance and watch it draw down. A paid invoice credits the client, logged time draws it down with the Timesheets add-on, and each service shows what’s left — plus what’s already booked in the calendar. Print a credits summary for any client whenever they ask.

Service packages

Bundle services into one package sold at a single price. Invoya shows what the services are worth bought separately and what the client saves, and selling a package credits them once the invoice is paid.

Build your rate card once in Settings, then drop services and packages onto any new client in a couple of taps.

Invoices

• Add your business logo to every invoice PDF.
• Bank details (IBAN / BIC) in Settings, checked as you type.
• Scan-to-pay: invoices billed in EUR can carry a SEPA “GiroCode” QR, so your client’s banking app fills in the payment for them — payee, IBAN, amount and invoice number.
• Discount: apply a percentage to a whole invoice. It comes off before tax, and the PDF shows it between the subtotal and the taxes.
• A service’s price can now include its tax instead of having it added on top — you choose per service. Inclusive lines print the price you quoted, with the tax broken out in the totals.

Timesheets (add-on)

• Calendar view: see the month at a glance, with a dot on every day you tracked and the records for the day you pick.
• A guide to everything the add-on does, with real screenshots — shown before you subscribe and available any time from the “?” in the toolbar.
• A running timer now survives quitting the app: reopen and it’s still going, timed from when you started it.
• Stop a timer without saving, when you started it by mistake.
• Switch the client or service on a running timer.

Other fixes & refinements

• Invoice PDFs and timesheet exports open full screen for reading, with sharing and printing a tap away.
• Tap or click outside a field to put the keyboard away; number fields take numbers only.
• Deleting from a list waits for your confirmation before the row disappears.
• Mac: the Delete key removes the selected row, Settings sizes itself to fit, and menus open straight onto their options.
• Fixes for clipped date pickers on iPad, and a fault that could stop the app opening after an update.
