Invoicing without the headache

Invoya - Invoicing without the headache

A native invoicing and time-tracking app for Mac, iPhone and iPad. Build PDF invoices, track billable hours, and turn your timesheets into bills — with no account, no signup and no tracking.

Invoices, contracts and PDFs

Create an invoice, set its payment terms, and export a clean PDF ready to send. Invoya is a real Mac, iPhone and iPad app, so it opens instantly and works the way the rest of your system does.

Track billable hours, then bill them

Start the timer and keep working. When it's time to invoice, fill the invoice straight from your timesheets — records are grouped by service, so each service becomes a single line with its hours totalled, not forty stopwatch entries your client has to wade through. Minimum durations and round-to increments are built in, so hours are billed the way you actually charge for them.

Your data never leaves your devices

There is no Invoya account, because there is no Invoya server.

Your invoices, clients and hours live on your devices and sync through your own private iCloud database, which only you can read.

No analytics, no telemetry, no third parties — the app works offline, because it has nowhere else to go.

Invoya data stays in your private iCloud

Mac, iPhone and iPad — one native app

Written for Apple platforms rather than wrapped from a website. Start an invoice on the Mac, finish it on the iPad, check an hour on your iPhone. Available in several languages.

Invoya is built by one person — no company, no investors, no growth target that your data has to feed. That is why there is no account to create and nothing to upsell you, and why the person who answers support is the person who wrote the code.
